Can I return a slime product and get a refund?

As our slimes are handcrafted and degrade over time, they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

For other products, we offer a 30-day return/exchange. Returns are processed within 2-5 business days.

Can I exchange my slime after I open or use it?

Due to the nature of our handmade slime and health & safety considerations, we cannot accept exchanges once the slime has been opened or used.

What are the return conditions?
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all parts and tags.
  • Please contact us before returning any items. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) returns.
What if the slime I received has a quality issue?

If your slime has any quality problems, please provide pictures or videos. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a refund without needing you to return the product.

What if I’m not satisfied with the slime?

If you're unhappy with the slime’s appearance, texture, or any other aspect, please contact us, and we'll work to find a solution.

How do I return an item?
  1. Email us at info@winsonsglobal.com with your Order Number., the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. If it's a quality issue, we may ask for photos.
  2. Follow the return instructions from our service team.
  3. Send us your tracking number or proof of delivery.
  4. Once we receive and approve the return, your refund will be processed within 2-5 days to your Winsons account.

Once your return request is approved, our Customer Service team will email you the return address. Please note, for returns not related to product quality, the return shipping fee will be your responsibility.

How are refunds processed?

A: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (excluding delivery costs). Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not accept exchanges. For a different item, we recommend returning your purchase for a refund and placing a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting info@winsonsglobal.com. Once marked as "FULFILLED" and in transit, your order cannot be canceled or changed.
