Return & Exchange Policy
Returns (Change of Mind)
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened (if sealed), in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts.
- Return requests must be approved before you send anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) returns.
Non-returnable Items
- Opened/used markers, inks, and consumable items are not returnable due to product integrity and safety reasons.
- Final sale items may be non-returnable。
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@winsonsglobal.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- 1)Your order number.
- 2)Photos of the outer box & shipping label.
- 3)Product photos or a video showing the issue. (If the outer packaging is found damaged upon delivery, please record an unboxing video, which will serve as supporting evidence.)
- Once the issue is confirmed by our team, we will offer a resolution (such as a replacement or refund). Please note that if a return is required to process your claim, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ALL returns, regardless of the reason (including change of mind, defects, or shipping damage).
- Why do we have this policy?
Winsons is a small business dedicated to creating high-quality art tools. We operate on very thin margins because manufacturing costs are high, and we are committed to donating a portion of our products to schools and charitable organizations every year. To sustain these donation programs and keep our business operational, we simply cannot absorb the cost of return shipping. We appreciate your understanding and your contribution to helping us support the art community.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not offer standard exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (customer pays shipping) and place a new order.
- For verified defective items, we may send a replacement at our discretion without requiring a return, or we may require the item to be returned at the customer's expense before shipping a replacement.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before it ships by contacting info@winsonsglobal.com. Once marked as "FULFILLED" and in transit, your order cannot be canceled or changed.
