Order

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can easily track your order. Also you can track your order by 17track.net.

I only received part of my order; the airbrush hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Since products are shipped from different warehouses, the airbrush may be sent separately from the markers. Please provide your order number, and we will verify and provide the tracking information for the airbrush.

I put in the incorrect Address, What can I do?

Please email us at info@winsonsglobal.com ASAP, and we'll do our best to assist you! Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the package has shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment options to ensure a smooth shopping experience! You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, Apple Pay, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club—whatever is most convenient for you.

Can I cancel my order?
  • Cancellations can be requested within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will most likely already be processed and can therefore not be cancelled anymore.
  • If you have an urgent request and need to cancel, please email us at info@winsonsglobal.com. We will review your case and see if your order qualifies for store credit or a return, as each situation varies.
  • Please note, returns must be initiated by the recipient with proof of the shipping label. The item must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return.
Can I edit my order?

In some cases, we can make same-day address or order changes if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us ASAP to request changes!

*Double-check your order before reaching out. Once packed, we can’t make edits. Apologies for any inconvenience!

Shipping and Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Orders may be shipped from different warehouses, and some items may be delivered separately. Please refer to the tracking number provided by the system. Packages usually arrive within a few days. During peak periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year holiday, some packages may show no updates but are still in transit.

How long does the shipping take?
  • We usually process and ship orders within 48 hrs.
  • Orders shipped to the U.S. will take 5-8 days to arrive.
  • Due to holidays and the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight delays.
  • You will receive a tracking number to keep track of your order's status.
Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. However, we are working on expanding to international destinations. Stay tuned for updates via our newsletter, and we'll notify you as soon as international shipping becomes available!

My slime arrived damaged, what can I do?

If your slime arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, please reach out to us via our contact form here, and we'll be happy to assist you with a solution.

My order was marked delivered but isn't here

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check your surroundings, ask neighbors if they received it by mistake, and verify your delivery address. If you still haven't received it within 72 hours, contact the carrier or customer service for assistance.

What can I do if my package was lost or stolen?

We’re very sorry to hear that your package is lost or stolen. While we are not responsible for such incidents, please contact USPS directly, as they will be happy to assist you in locating your shipment.

Return and Refund

Can I return a product and/or get a refund?

As our slimes are handcrafted and degrade over time, they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

For other products, we offer a 30-day return/exchange. Returns are processed within 2-5 business days.

Can I exchange my slime after I open or use it?

Due to the nature of our handmade slime and health & safety considerations, we cannot accept exchanges once the slime has been opened or used.

Markers

How long do the markers last?

Under normal use, the lifespan of a marker depends on how it is used.

How fast does it go through markers?

It depends on how heavily you spray and how much coverage you need.

Are the markers refillable?

The markers are not designed to be refillable.

Does this only work with your markers?

It works best with Winsons markers, but other hard-tip markers may also be compatible.

Does it work with alcohol markers / paint markers?

Yes — as long as the marker has a hard tip and similar size to our markers.

Where can I see the color ranges?

You can check the full color chart on our official website.

How many colors do you have?

We offer up to 262 colors.

Do you have metallic gold?

Metallic gold is currently not included, but we may launch it in future sets.

Marker Airbrush Gun

Does this one actually work as well as a real airbrush?

It is more suitable for quick base coating and smooth coloring.

Can it be used for fine detail work?

Suitable for large-area blending and shading.

Do you need ventilation like with a normal airbrush?

The ink is alcohol-based, so proper ventilation is recommended.

What markers is the airbrush compatible with?

It works with hard-tip markers of similar size; soft brush tips are not recommended.

Do liquid chrome markers work?

 Only if the tip is wide and hard enough to fit the nozzle.

Issue / Complaints

Will the paint be permanent on plastic?

Our markers are alcohol-based, offering strong adhesion to plastic and are more durable than water-based paint.

Do these work on 3D prints or PLA?

Yes, they work well on 3D prints, especially when the surface is clean or primed.

If used as a base layer, how does it react with other hobby paints?

Reactions vary by paint type; most hobby paints layer well over alcohol ink.

Ink flow can vary depending on marker placement; we recommend adjusting the tip position.
