How do I order slime?

We restock our shop every month with brand new slime products! To stay ahead of the game, make sure tosubscribe to our newsletter. This way, you'll be the first to know about our latest releases, exclusive products, and special member discounts. Our slimes tend to sell out quickly, so subscribing ensures you won’t miss out! Sign up now and be ready to grab your favorites before they’re gone!

What does my slime order include?

Your order includes the slime(s) you purchased, a bottle of softener, a 1oz bottle of activator (Bye Bye Stickiness), and our special mystery gift!

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can easily track your order.

I put in the incorrect Address, What can I do?

Please email us at info@winsonsglobal.com ASAP, and we'll do our best to assist you! Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the package has shipped.

Can I buy slime for my kids?
  • Yes! We recommend adult supervision for children under 6.
  • Please note that slime is temperature-sensitive and may stick to carpets, furniture, clothes, or pets.
  • For younger kids, consider clay-based slimes, cloud slimes, or jelly slimes, as they’re easier to handle.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment options to ensure a smooth shopping experience! You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, Apple Pay, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club—whatever is most convenient for you.

Can I cancel my order?
  • Cancellations can be requested within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will most likely already be processed and can therefore not be cancelled anymore.
  • If you have an urgent request and need to cancel, please email us at info@winsonsglobal.com. We will review your case and see if your order qualifies for store credit or a return, as each situation varies.
  • Please note, returns must be initiated by the recipient with proof of the shipping label. The item must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return.
Can I edit my order?

In some cases, we can make same-day address or order changes if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us ASAP to request changes!

Shipping and Delivery

How long does the shipping take?
  • We usually process and ship orders within 48 hrs.
  • Orders shipped to the U.S. will take 5-8 days to arrive.
  • Due to holidays and the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight delays.
  • You will receive a tracking number to keep track of your order's status.
Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. However, we are working on expanding to international destinations. Stay tuned for updates via our newsletter, and we'll notify you as soon as international shipping becomes available!

My slime arrived damaged, what can I do?

If your slime arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, please reach out to us via our contact form here, and we'll be happy to assist you with a solution.

My order was marked delivered but isn't here

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check your surroundings, ask neighbors if they received it by mistake, and verify your delivery address. If you still haven't received it within 72 hours, contact the carrier or customer service for assistance.

What can I do if my package was lost or stolen?

We’re very sorry to hear that your package is lost or stolen. While we are not responsible for such incidents, please contact USPS directly, as they will be happy to assist you in locating your shipment.

Return and Refund

Can I return a product and/or get a refund?

As our slimes are handcrafted and degrade over time, they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

For other products, we offer a 30-day return/exchange. Returns are processed within 2-5 business days.

Can I exchange my slime after I open or use it?

Due to the nature of our handmade slime and health & safety considerations, we cannot accept exchanges once the slime has been opened or used.

We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before making your purchase.

Is your slime safe? Can kids play with it?

Yes, our slime is completely safe for kids! We take safety seriously, and our products are made from non-toxic, eco-friendly materials. Do your slimes contain borax?

Yes, all our slimes are made with borax. Please avoid purchasing if you're allergic to borax.

My slime is sticky, stiff, not stretchy, or not clear anymore. What can I do?

What age is slime recommended for?

Slime is recommended for kids aged 8 and up. Please keep slime away from small children.

Can I eat your slime?

No, all our slimes are non-edible. Please avoid ingesting slime at any time for your safety.

I have allergies or am sensitive to certain ingredients. What’s in your slime?

Our slimes are made with school-grade craft materials and cosmetic-grade, body-safe ingredients. If you're allergic to borax, glue, shaving cream, baby oil, lotion, soap, food coloring, pigments, or fragrances, please avoid contact. If you're unsure about any ingredients, feel free to contact us for confirmation.
