Shipping Warehouse
We have warehouses in the United States and Asia. Most product orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in California.
Some slimes that need to be handmade are shipped from the Asian warehouse.
Carriers and Shipping Time
We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure the stability of the delivery process.
*Shipping takes an average of 4-8 days; Shipping time is an estimate, calculated from the shipping date, not the order date, and may take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other reasons.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and packaged within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and then shipped after that. Processing time may also be affected by the inventory status of individual items, the time of year, and national statutory holidays.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to discuss a solution. We are unable to restock out of stock items.
Order Cancellations and Adjustments
