Return Conditions

  1. The time window you can return an item lasts 14 days, starting from the day the order is delivered.
  2. Item is in good shape, unused, untorn, and contains all its parts with their original tags/package.
  3. We won't accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting with us first.
  4. We won't accept returned item(s) arrived COD (cash on delivery).

👉For Slime

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for slime products.

  • If the slime you received has quality problems, you can provide pictures or videos, and we will refund you after confirmation (you do not need to return the product).
  • If you are not satisfied with the slime you received, such as the appearance, touch, or taste, please contact us to get a solution

Return Procedure

  • Step 1: Please email us at info@winsonsglobal.com, indicating your ORDER NO. and the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If there are quality issues, our Service Team may need you to provide images of said item(s).
  • Step 2: Please mail back your item(s) according to return instructions from our service team.
  • Step 3: You will need to send your tracking number and / or proof of delivery to our Customer Service department ( info@winsonsglobal.com) .
  • Step 4: Within 2-5 days after our warehouse has received your item(s) and approved your request, the corresponding refund will be issued according to your communication with our service team to your winsons account.

Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items. You may send your item(s) to the address offered by our Customer Service Team via email (We will respond within 1-2 business days).
Note:
  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  • Please make sure you don't include non-WINSONS items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
  • Please always indicate your order number in the email.

      Refunds

      1. Refunds that are accepted will be credited to the payment method used to place the order (excluding the initial delivery cost). 
      2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the original products are defective. Shipping costs are non­refundable either.
      3. Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect, winsons will clear your refund within 2-5 business days.
      4. Packages that arrive in COD (cash on delivery) may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

      Exchange Policy

      Currently, we do not accept exchange. For your convenience, we recommend submitting a return for a refund so you can place a new order for what you want!

      Cancel Order

      You can cancel your order before your package is shipped by contacting  info@winsonsglobal.com Once your package has shipped/left our warehouse i.e marked as "FULFILLED" and is automatically IN-TRANSIT to you, it's no longer possible to cancel the order or make any changes whatsoever. WE CANNOT CANCEL OR REFUND AN ORDER "IN-TRANSIT".
