When toy art meets tactile therapy, a new kind of collectible is born.

There’s something quietly magical about watching a swirl of pastel slime stretch and drift through your fingers — a soft cloud that slows time and stills the noise. It’s not just texture. It’s emotion, distilled. That same kind of emotional design lives at the heart of BMC × WINSONS, a limited-edition collaboration between two brands rooted in healing, storytelling, and soul.

For Yang, the artist and sculptor behind BMC (Baimeichuan), toys are more than objects — they’re companions. “I always wanted to make something that looks cute, but holds something deeper,” he says. His creations — wide-eyed, slightly melancholic figures — are designed to soothe, to sit with loneliness rather than erase it. A graduate of the China Academy of Art, and a member of the Zhejiang Sculpture Society, Yang doesn’t just design toys. He sculpts emotion.

Across the Pacific, in a sunlit kitchen studio in North America, the all-women team behind WINSONS hand-pulls, colors, and packages their signature cloud slime — each batch made from scratch using eco-friendly ingredients. The brand was founded by a single mom and has grown into a quiet phenomenon in the tactile art space. “We started making slime as a way to heal — to cope, to feel,” she shares. “Now, it’s become a language of care.”

It was only natural that these two creators — one shaping solid, the other soft — would eventually collide.

A Meeting of Minds and Materials

The BMC × WINSONS series isn’t just another merch drop. It’s a rare, exclusive edition where both form and feeling have been obsessively considered. Each slime piece in the collection is inspired by Yang’s characters — and each collectible is paired with a color-matched, thematically linked cloud slime.

“There’s a kind of emotional honesty in both of our works,” Yang says. “We want people to feel seen, to feel soothed. We’re not just decorating rooms. We’re sitting quietly beside someone who might need it.”

Designed With Heart, Crafted With Hands

Each figurine in the release is hand-painted by Yang himself — five meticulous layers from primer to finishing coat, a process as meditative as it is precise. “It’s important that they all feel the same — but each one is still different,” he explains. "That’s what makes them alive."

The accompanying slimes follow WINSONS’ signature crafting steps: cloud-soft textures, hand-swirled pastels, and a drizzle pull that mimics the fall of slow rain. All materials are sustainable, non-toxic, and mindfully sourced. “We wanted this to be beautiful but also kind — to the planet and to the person using it.”

An Edition for the Few

This collection was never meant for everyone. It was always meant for someone—
For the quiet ones who search for resonance. For those who feel too much, too often, too deeply. For those who’ve been told they are “too different” or “too much,” yet continue to love the world with gentleness.

It started with friends. Real people, with real lives—burnt out, anxious, often overlooked. But still soft. Still resilient. Still waiting to be seen.

Each figure from BMC, each jar of slime from WINSONS, carries their presence like a secret dedication. We made this for them. And for anyone who ever needed to hear: You are not too strange. You are not alone.

This edition isn’t just rare. It’s a quiet offering to the few who need it most. You don’t have to change to belong here. This was made with you in mind.

More Than Cute

“Cute” is just the beginning—a surface we’re taught to show, a version of ourselves the world finds easy to accept. But what lingers, what truly connects us, lives beneath that surface. Each of these characters holds something tender: a quiet ache, a small struggle, a softness they try to protect.

They’re not perfect. And that’s what makes them real. That’s what makes them human.  Their stories aren’t loud. But they echo in the silence—in the pauses, in the moments we don’t have the words for. And it’s in those spaces that something deeper begins to resonate. That’s where the slime comes in—not just a toy, not just a texture. But a language. One made of slowness, softness, and color.
It wraps around your fingers like a gentle voice saying, “You don’t have to explain. Just feel.”

We chose three types of slime for this collaboration—jelly crystal, butter, and cloud—each one carefully crafted to mirror the emotional essence of the characters they represent.

Jelly Crystal Slime

The jelly crystal slime is translucent and weightless, like something caught between air and memory. It captures the quiet, searching gaze of the character who always seems a little lost but never gives up on softness.

Butter Slime

The butter slime, smooth and rich like velvet, moves slowly and holds its shape. It reflects the character who carries strength in gentleness—who comforts others without asking for anything back.

Cloud Slime

And the cloud slime—light, fluffy, and almost dreamlike—feels like a sigh at the end of a long day. It belongs to the character who floats through the noise of the world, choosing to keep their tenderness intact.

Each texture is not just a material but a mood. Each color is not just aesthetic but also intentional. Together, they tell a story of what it means to feel deeply—even when the world says not to. This isn’t just cute. It’s a quiet kind of healing.

We know that growing up can feel lonely, and tenderness is often misunderstood.
But if these characters—and these slimes—can be there for you, even just for a moment… If they can understand you, comfort you, or simply make you smile, then our intention has already been fulfilled.

In every stretch, every soft press,
We hope you feel a quiet kind of strength.
Because softness is not weakness.
And “cute” has never been just skin-deep.

It can be a language.
A hug.
A moment of connection that belongs only to you.

Thank you for believing and feeling.
May you always stay gentle— and be met with gentleness in return.
