Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. However, we are working on expanding to international destinations. Stay tuned for updates via our newsletter, and we'll notify you as soon as international shipping becomes available!

My slime arrived damaged, what can I do?

If your slime arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, please reach out to us via our contact form here, and we'll be happy to assist you with a solution.

My order was marked delivered but isn't here

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check your surroundings, ask neighbors if they received it by mistake, and verify your delivery address. If you still haven't received it within 72 hours, contact the carrier or customer service for assistance.

What can I do if my package was lost or stolen?

We’re very sorry to hear that your package is lost or stolen. While we are not responsible for such incidents, please contact USPS directly, as they will be happy to assist you in locating your shipment.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

We ship with trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, Amazon, and Yuntuexpress.

Where do you ship from?

We have warehouses both in the U.S. and overseas (China). Orders are fulfilled either from our U.S. warehouse or our Chinese warehouse, depending on availability. Shipping times typically range from 5-8 days.

We strive to ensure timely delivery, although please note that holiday periods may cause some delays.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can easily track your order.

I put in the incorrect Address, What can I do?
